AI-powered video content hub

  • Role: Strategic partnerships lead at Kaltura

  • Goal: Build a scalable video ecosystem to support Mailchimp’s AI-forward product storytelling

  • Outcome: Delivered a centralized content hub to showcase Mailchimp’s tools and customer stories. Increased discoverability, UX engagement, and alignment between marketing, product, and brand.

Pinterest

  • Role: Strategic partnerships lead at Kaltura 


  • Goal: Support Pinterest’s flagship annual global marketing event — designed to showcase product innovation, platform strategy, and client success stories — by delivering a UX-led digital experience tailored to their brand and audience.

  • Key KPIs: drive attendance and registrations (min goal of 28k registrants) and offer something entirely new to the event this year, localization across registration and the event itself to reach a global audience.

  • Outcome: Partnered cross-functionally to concept and redesign our virtual event platform specifically to meet Pinterest’s needs. Led delivery of a seamless, localized user experience for global audiences across NAMER, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. The event featured keynotes, client testimonials, and Pinner stories, and was executed in 9 languages with a follow-the-sun launch model. Resulted in a 2x increase in registrants YOY (51k registrants total), their most successful event to date, which Pinterest recognized as the result of enhanced platform UX and engagement.

Presents – Global Virtual Event Strategy


Twilio

SIGNAL – Hybrid Event Experience & Interactive Demo Booths

  • Role: Strategic partnerships lead at Kaltura

  • Goal: Support Twilio’s flagship developer and enterprise event, SIGNAL, by creating a meaningful virtual experience that was distinct from — but complementary to — the in-person event. The Twilio team, including the CMO, believed that virtual audiences deserved a thoughtfully crafted experience, not just a simulcast.

  • Outcome: I led the strategy and execution of the virtual experience, acting as the key partner contact and solution owner. We delivered a suite of interactive features that made remote attendees feel fully engaged:

    • Custom-branded demo booths with embedded product walkthroughs

    • Gamified features including user leaderboards and avatar creation

    • Tailored UX flows that supported exploration, discovery, and engagement across content types

    These digital booths enabled scalable, partner-led marketing by allowing sponsors and product teams to manage their own virtual presence — including embedded video, downloadable content, live face-to-face conversations, and branded lead capture — all within a cohesive event framework.

    I worked cross-functionally across product, UX, engineering, and client success teams to bring Twilio’s vision to life — delivering a best-in-class experience that served over 13,000 attendees, drove measurable partner engagement, and redefined what virtual event participation could look like.
